Week number three is going pretty well so far—have done three out of four days with two days left 🌟.
Also did another 30 minutes of yoga today. It’s both relaxing and taxing at the same time…
I think more yoga tomorrow and the last workout on Wednesday to complete my challenge week.
After that it’s one more week to complete this one month challenge 💪🏼.
