Over the last few months, I’ve been steadily losing the good habits I’d formed after the world changed—the habits that were caring for my whole self, body and soul.

We’re all still trying to survive in this pandemic world, and self-kindness is critical. And so, I am trying to treat myself with understanding in this.

But what I do want to do is try to get back those practices. Take care of myself.

I’m going to try to do this slowly, one thing at a time, starting today.

I appreciate the encouragement, you are all such wonderful people, such good friends.

I also share these things in the hopes others will see them, feel not alone, perhaps—draw some strength and maybe, just maybe, some inspiration.

It’s okay if none of these things happen, of course. I just hope. 🧡

@zigg One thing that has helped me is realizing that I did it once before so I can do it again.

But yeah, maintenance of positive habits is way more challenging than it should be. Wishing you luck!
