Rice cooker meals are amazing:
Oil, 1 cup grain, 2 cups water, 3-6 eggs or canned/cooked beans, canned/frozen vegetables, salt, seasonings
If eggs: Stir the eggs in and turn on. Set timer for 10 minutes, scrap the bottom of cooker with a plastic spatula; repeat once. (If your rice cooker turns itself off before the timer, go ahead and stir and turn back on, and reset the timer.) After a couple stirs, it should be fine cooking as normal.

I've had this come out with a souffle-like texture using eggs with those $1 rice meal boxes - I need to test out with regular-cook rice and let you know. I suspect for the first 10 minutes I'll want to leave the eggs floating on top, and then incorporate them into the mix, so the rice gets a chance to soak more evenly. My local Mexican grocer sells "carne de soya" (TVP) in bulk, so I add extra water and use that too!
